Our team in Riga is looking for an HR Business Partner to drive our organizational effectiveness and support our leaders. The HRBP will act as a trusted partner to business leaders, ensuring that people, performance, and team structures support the company’s growth. You will help managers succeed, improve processes, and make the organization more effective, while building strong relationships across the company. Key Responsibilities

Experience

Required:

  • 3+ years in HR roles such as Senior HR Specialist, HRPP / HRBP, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Experience advising managers and supporting people-related decisions.
  • Experience supporting managers (not just HR ops/recruiting)
  • Ability to drive HR initiatives and improve HR processes across the organization.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our Support and Service Team in Riga is looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who knows the iGaming industry and has a proven track record of winning new business. You’ll drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic client relationships, negotiating commercial deals, and representing our company at leading international industry events.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years work experience in Sales and/or Account Management in iGaming industry.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and running effective handovers to other teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the iGaming sector, including market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with game aggregation platforms and how to present and sell technical B2B products effectively.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, and Development, Marketing, Account Management, Legal).
  • Understanding of B2B commercial models for Platform and Aggregation products, in order to propose tailored solutions and offering to each client.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • Eligible for traveling to regular business trips (exhibitions and conferences).
Skills that will be a plus:
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales tracking software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience in sales reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to track targets and sales performance effectively.
  • Any of the following languages: Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Turkish, Russian (knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage due to our diverse international client base).
Responsibilities:
  • Identify new sales leads and opportunities through research, networking, and prospecting.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners in the iGaming industry.
  • Run detailed product presentations, involving demonstration of high complexity software and various additional functionalities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, showcase the company’s products and services, and stay up to date on industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and insights to product development teams on customer needs, preferences, and challenges to inform product roadmap and development decisions.
  • Report directly to commercial executives on weekly and quarterly basis.

Our Support & Service Team in Riga is looking for a Head of Business Development. This role is focused on taking ownership of the commercial function, improving how the team operates, and driving consistent revenue growth. You will work closely with the existing sales team, helping structure pipelines, improve conversion, and personally lead high-value deals.

 

Required work experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within high risk industry.
  • Strong track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a B2B environment within the industry.
  • Proven ability to structure and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
  • Experience leading or mentoring sales teams and improving their performance.
  • Experience building or restructuring sales teams and processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and tools for managing pipeline, accounts, and reporting.
  • Experience in setting up reporting structures and tracking performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.
Required skills:
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
  • Ability to assess existing sales processes and implement improvements where needed.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to both lead and execute.
Skills that will be a plus:
  • Familiarity with aggregation technologies and how they fit within operator ecosystems.
